Kevin Holden has been surrounded by rhythm and music his whole life. Coming from a family of musicians on his father's side and a mother that played piano and taught piano lessons it makes sense that he has continued a journey to share the connection of music with others.
After being a professional drummer for ages, Kevin always had a desire to share the joy of drumming on a larger scale and in 2009 it ignited a passion to connect to more people. Immersing himself in the world of group drumming and drum circles, he sought training with a number of highly respected and influential drum circle innovators including Arthur Hull (considered the godfather of modern drum circle facilitation) and Christine Stevens. He was also fortunate to get an opportunity to work with the REMO Corporation and their group drumming programs in Los Angeles for several years which provided support and a fertile ground to perfect his drum circle facilitation skills.
In 2010, Life Rhythm Connections was born and throughout the years Kevin has had the opportunity to facilitate drum circles and rhythm events for such companies and organizations as Disney, Google, L.A. Downs Syndrome Society, Peak Potentials, Make Your Mark and many more. Kevin proudly uses Remo, LP, Shakka Shakers and KH Custom percussion instruments.
